An enterprise-AI consulting and engineering firm in Morocco

Hunter BI is an independent Moroccan AI consulting and engineering firm, member of the OpenAI and Anthropic partner networks. Hunter BI has supported businesses since 2020.

Our engagements connect business priorities with technical delivery. We assess the workflow, platform, source systems and data constraints before agreeing the engineering and governance work. Cloud services and client-hosted models are evaluated against the actual deployment requirements.

A corporate pilot covers one department and one defined workflow. The proposal identifies owners, access boundaries, tests, deliverables and a fixed implementation fee. Licences and additional engineering are separate. The results support a decision to extend, adjust or stop.

Delivery governance

Clear responsibilities. One agreed scope.

Each proposal identifies the delivery contributors, business sponsor and IT owners. A role is an engagement responsibility, not a claim about department size.

Hunter BI delivery

Agreed configuration, integration work, tests, training and handover documentation. Delivery contributors and milestones are identified in the proposal.

Business ownership

The client sponsor chooses the workflow, provides representative cases and accepts the business result against agreed criteria.

IT & security approval

Client owners authorise accounts, data access and vendor requirements, then confirm who operates the configuration after handover.

Independence

Two partner networks. One comparison method.

Hunter BI is a member of the OpenAI and Anthropic partner networks. That membership is separate from our recommendation method: each engagement still requires an assessment of your needs, a comparison of the offers and validation of their terms for your organisation.

When comparison is included in the scope, we agree the tasks, authorised data and evaluation criteria, then document the recommendation. A pilot on one platform does not automatically include deploying or evaluating a second; those activities are specified in the proposal.

Sovereignty is a real option

Some data must never leave your walls. We design on-premise and air-gapped architectures to the same standard as cloud deployments — not as a fallback.

What isn't measured can't be steered

Agree a baseline and acceptance criteria before implementation. Evaluate answer quality, access controls and total task time including human review; report limitations as well as useful results.

Skills transfer is part of the deliverable

A successful engagement is judged by what remains once we leave: trained teams, living documentation and a governance framework you can evolve on your own.
